Tuscan Olive Oils

Tuscan olive oils are some of the most highly recommended, especially from the region where Chianti Classico is produced and from the area around Lucca.

Olive oils from Tuscany have a fruity or even spicy flavor. When taste testing, the oils should taste lively, fresh and light. Avoid those that taste bitter, fatty or sticky, or that have a moldy smell.
